With 6,000 employees, the HR Communications team at The University of Notre Dame faced a challenge to connect its large workforce effectively through a new messaging and positioning platform.
"Bring Out Your Champion" took more than 18 months to develop to ensure success in its projected launch in October 2019 as part of a university-wide rebranding campaign.
