Preparing for a year of rapid growth from 170 employees to more than 300 employees, Blend invested in Internal Communications and Employee Experience to support the growth. By first assessing the needs of the company it was discovered that the overarching goal was to drive engagement, productivity and connection. These were areas that Blend hadn’t focused on yet, so Blend addressed them through the lenses of effective communication, educating its workforce, trust in leadership and building an engaged culture.
